We will only ask you for personal data that is relevant to our service provision and in accordance to General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).

We currently collect and process the following information:
· Your Names, contact details, address and date of birth
· Contact details of relevant agencies you are involved with
· History and current contact arrangements with your children
· Copy of Court Orders relevant to our service provision
· Your children’s personal identifying information
· Copy of children’s Birth Certificates where necessary
· Your health information where relevant to our service provision
How long we will keep the personal data
We will keep the data for 7 years from the date your case is closed.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you (our client) for service provision.
We also receive personal information from relevant agencies working with you for the purpose of risk assessment and service provision.
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide the best and safest service available.
We may share this information with other relevant agencies where risk to a child is identified.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information is your consent.
Your rights
You have a right to remove your consent at any time and can do this by contacting Daddy’s House.
You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate, or ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights and if you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
